Summer training is always overwhelming and exhausting but fruitful for our new incoming ETAs/ Advisors. Throughout August, Fulbright offices at different sites organize a series of workshops, cultural outings, and events to prepare our grantees for the upcoming school year and the challenges it may pose. As dreadful as it may sound, our speakers and grantees always make the most out of it, obtaining new skills and creating meaningful bonds with their cohort and co-teachers.We can’t wait to see how the theories and activities they’ve learned can be applied in the classroom!
