You will receive the Terms and Conditions with a grand packet in the first two weeks of May. You will have approximately 10-14 days to submit your grant authorization following receipt.

We receive a few site-switching requests each year, and we'll make a note of your request in our records. However, please note that before we can consider your request, you must accept the grant and submit your grant authorization to us. Once this is done, we can proceed with noting your site switching request.

Typically, we must wait until a spot becomes available before transferring your placement to another site. The waiting times vary because we can't predict when or if someone will withdraw from the site you're interested in.
