Schools in Taipei are relatively new to the program, often upholding high standards. Working with numerous local English or subject teachers can pose a challenge. Taipei is suitable for individuals with teaching experience and strong self-discipline, particularly due to its emphasis on CLIL in many subjects, which can be more demanding compared to other cities and counties. Due to this, Taipei is not an option on the Placement Survey.

Not necessarily. Similar to this year, we will conduct a placement survey to collect grantees' preferences and then arrange placements accordingly.

We will ask you through a survey. Once we receive your site-switching request, we'll make a note of your request in our records. However, please note that before we can consider your request, you must accept the grant and submit your grant authorization to us. Once this is done, we can proceed with noting your site switching request.

Typically, we must wait until a spot becomes available before transferring your placement to another site. The waiting times vary because we can't predict when or if someone will withdraw from the site you're interested in.
