2021.02.02 School Announcement
Due to the pandemic this year, Yilan site has adjusted the school announcement into an online meeting. With the interactive announcement slide, co-teaching lecture by prof. Ivy and ice breaking activity, Yilan ETAs and LETs have had a substantial first meeting!
2021.02.04 Cultural Visit @ Traditional Art Center
As one of the must visit destinations in Yilan, Traditional Art Center didn’t fail our adventurous ETAs! It’s their first time to see so many traditional elements from Taiwan. They went on a boat ride on Dong-Shan river, had a workshop in indigo dyeing, and also challenged themselves to walk with the famous wooden clogs. Now they love Yilan so much more!
2021.02.09 Scooter Test
After 2 weeks of scooter practice, Yilan ETAs finally accomplished one of their biggest milestones in Taiwan --- getting a scooter license! Yilan DMV has welcomed the ETAs warm-heartedly and gave each of them a spring couplet. They couldn’t wait to rent scooters for their Green Island trip during Chinese New Year!
