Summer training is always overwhelming and exhausting but fruitful for the new incoming ETAs and Advisors. Throughout August, Fulbright offices at different sites organize a series of workshops, cultural outings, and events to prepare ETA grantees for the upcoming school year and the challenges it may pose.

Our ETAs always make the most out of their cultural experiences, obtaining new skills and creating meaningful bonds with their cohort and co-teachers.

每年8月的暑期培訓總是非常的充實！學術交流基金安排了許多英語教學工作坊、文化體驗活動、學校參訪，幫助美藉英語教學助理了解當地生活以及台灣教育環境，以面對開學後的挑戰！

我們的美藉英語教學助理總是把握8月的各種機會，學習新的技能、認識新的朋友、並且與社區建立良好且強大的連結！
